Admin

• Admins can now assign permissions to users while creating a user.

  • Clicking the “Add“ Icon on the users page will open a new popup

  • Open

    

    Admins will be able to set “Global Story Map viewer“ permissions, while super admins will additionally be able to set “Admin” permission.

• Admins can now change the owner of a Story Map.

  • There is a new “Story Maps” tab where admins can search for Story Maps to configure.

  • Once a Story Maps has been selected there will be a button to change the owner of the Story Map.

  • Open

    

    Clicking this button will open a popup where a user can be selected to be the new owner.

  • More option will appear on this page in a later release, allowing admins to further configure Story Maps

Activity

• Activities now have a long description.

• When creating an Activity with the same description as an existing on Users will be notified.

Story Map

• On the overview page users can now set the business owner. This is a free text field.
