Activity Explore Information list

Explore data items created for a particular Activity in a release are pooled and can be used in other releases and Story Maps. When creating a “When” for example. Selecting the text field will open up a select list containing all the Explore data items that exist for that activity under any Release in any Story Map. This list is searchable.

Users can select an existing item from the list and click “Add“ to copy the Explore data item into the current release. If users click “Add” without selecting an existing Explore data item, it will create a new Explore data item with the text from the field, and that new item will be available in the list from any Release and Story Map.

Explore Items in the list are meant to be a collection of all Explore Items that currently exist for a particular Activity.

Explore data in the list are not shared between different Activities (i.e. the items seen in Activity A will be different to those in Activity B).

Removing an Explore data item from an Activity in a Release will also remove it from the list if that was the only instance of that Explore Item.
