Viewing and changing user global permissions

Viewing and changing user global permissions

Navigate to the “Admin” → “Users” page. Locate the user you wish to change/view permissions, select the menu icon, and then the “View User Permissions“ option. This “View Users permissions” option will not be viewable on disabled accounts and users who have not signed up yet.

This option will open a popup where Admins and Super Admins can do the following:

  1. Grant users the "Global viewer" permission. Users with this permission can view all Story Maps within a company and will also have access to a list of all Story Maps. Admins may also grant this permission to themself.

  2. Grant users “Admin“ permission. This option will only be available to the Super admin. This will give the user the “Admin” permission.

  3. “Transfer Super Admin“, This option will only be available to the Super admin and allows a super admin to transfer their Super Admin permission to another user.
