Adding/creating a Problem in a Story Map
Navigate to the “Frame“ → “Problem“ Tab.
Click on the “Add Problems” plus icon next to the search bar. This will open a popup.
While typing in the popup text field the application will automatically search for Problems with similar names from other Story Maps. Then users can select existing Problems to add to a Story Map.
Alternatively, users can select the top option with the postfix of “(NEW)“, to create a new Problem using the text typed in the Problems field.
If a new Problem is selected, an optional “Problem Description“ field will be displayed. This allows users to add an additional long description to a Problem.
Removing Problems from a Story Map
To remove a Problem from a Story Map navigate to the “Frame“ → “Problem“ tab. locate the Problem you want to delete from the list of Problems. Click the delete icon on the bottom left of the Problem.
