Adding/linking/Managing Problems in a Release.

To manage Problems in a Release click the “Release Options“ gear icon and select “Manage Problems“.

This will open a popup window with a Problems text field. Clicking on the text field will open up a dropdown list of all Problems in the current Story Map, typing in that will filter those items in the dropdown. Users can select one of those Problems or select the top option with the postfix of “(NEW)“ to create a new Problem with the text typed in the field. Users can also check the “Search Globally across all Story Map“ checkbox in the search field to search for Problems across all Story Maps.

If a new Problem is selected, an optional “Problem Description“ field will be displayed. This allows users to add an additional long description to a Problem. Once a Problem is selected click the “ADD“ button next to the Problems field to add/link the selected Problem to the current Release.

In this popup below the Problems search field, users will also see the list of Problems for the current Release. Users can click the “Delete“ icon next to search Problem in the list to remove it from the current Release.
