Roadmap Build and view mode

When viewing the release roadmap by default it will be in view mode. Release roadmaps can go into build mode where users can add and move epics from the roadmap screen.

Selecting “Roadmap type“ → “Release roadmap build mode“ will allow the user to further build out the roadmap.
