WHO

  • Users can now search for existing WHO’s when adding a new who to a Story Map

    • Clicking the search icon will search for WHO’s with similar names.

    • Selecting the WHO’s from the drop down menu clicking “ADD” will add the existing WHO to the Story Map.

  • Who name changes has moved to its own popup

    • The new popup will check to see if the selected WHO exists in other Story Maps. If it does, it will ask you to submit a change request, if it does not, it will allow you to change the name. This proccess is identical to Activity description change request proccess.

    • Change requests will appear in the same section as the Activity description change requests

    • WHO’s name change request will function the same as Activity descriptiion change requests, where the affected users will be able to accept/reject the change request while seeing the affected Story Maps.

    • The creator of the change request will be able to see who users have responed and escalt the request to a admin if required

 

Bug Fixes

  • Setting release start and end dates were not dynamically changing minimum and maximum allowed values.
