Explore Items in the list are meant to be a collection of all Explore Items that currently exist for a particular Activity. Explore data in the list are not shared between different Activities and removing . Rmoving an Explore data item from an Activity in a Release will also remove it from the list if that was the only instance of that Explore Item.
