Initiative Permissions

Access

All active users can create and view all initiatives. Only the owner and members added via the “Settings” → “Edit members” can edit the Initiative (e.g. add/remove releases, re-ordering, etc.).

The release data/information within the Initiative still resides within their respective Story Maps, this means that to view all the data within an Initiative a user will still need view access to respective Story Maps, either added as a viewer or the user has the “Global Story Map Viewer“ global permission.
