  1. Open up an Activity in a release with the arrow icon to view the Explore/Epic screen.

  2. Add Explore Items using the “Add When“, “Add Where“ and “Add Data“ fields.

  3. Add Explore Items to an epic:

    1. Either by selecting the “Add explore items“ fields and selecting items from the drop-down.

    2. Or drag and drop Explore Items from the left of the screen onto an Epic using the drag handle

  4. Select Primary WHO and Primary Output

  5. Click the pencil icon to name the epic.

    1. Tip: You can select any of the dimensions or a custom description as the name of the epic. If using a custom description make sure to click the value to lock in the name.

  6. Add Priority and Size

  7. Click on the Expand icon, to see the detailed epic information including Acceptance Criteria Information and Acceptance Criteria Scenarios.

  8. Add Acceptance Criteria Scenarios if required

  9. Add extra details to the Epic Notes field to capture extra details if required.
