Access
All active users can create and view all initiatives. Only the owner and members added via the “Settings” → “Edit members” can edit the details of an Initiative (e.g. add/remove releases, re-ordering, etc.).
The release data/information within the Initiative still resides within their respective Story Maps, this means that to view all the data within an Initiative a user will still need view access to respective Story Maps, either added as a viewer or the user has the “Global Story Map Viewer“ global permission.
Story Maps
While on the Story Maps page. Users will now have a new option when viewing the list of Story Maps. This is “Shared with you“. This will list Story Maps shared with you either as an editor or as a viewer.
Bug Fixes
Explore items are now ordered alphabetically and are not case-sensitive.
On the Story Maps page, when searching for a Story Map with the type “Shared with you (Viewer)“, some Story Maps would get filtered out incorrectly, this has been fixed.
In some cases, the edit epic name Icon popover would display in the corner of the screen and not be usable. This has been changed to a button that opens the “Edit epic name“ popup screen.
